Throughout my career, I have led several high-impact projects that significantly improved HR Operations and drove measurable results for the organizations I worked with. These initiatives focused on improving efficiency, enhancing stakeholder satisfaction, and creating fair and consistent processes across global teams.

One of my most impactful projects was the Payroll Data Delivery Plan, where I successfully decreased delays and errors by 90%. By streamlining data flows and introducing tighter controls, I minimized manual interventions and ensured payroll accuracy, which greatly improved employee satisfaction and reduced administrative burdens.

Another key project was the Task Management and SLA Process overhaul. I designed a new Service Level Agreement (SLA) matrix that included a clear escalation path, ensuring that tasks were fairly distributed across all team members. This revamp not only balanced workloads but also increased stakeholder satisfaction by ensuring timely responses and accountability in the process. The SLA matrix introduced transparency, allowing for more efficient monitoring of task completion and more effective team performance management.

I also led a complete revamp of the Onboarding Process, redesigning it from the Offer stage through the first 90 days of employment. This overhaul streamlined the experience for new hires, reducing time spent on administrative tasks and allowing for a smoother transition into the organization. Clearer communication and more structured support during this critical period helped improve employee engagement and retention.

Similarly, I improved the Offboarding Process, removing unnecessary manual steps and revamping exit interviews to gather more valuable insights. I introduced clear and timely communication with departing employees, ensuring that the process was smooth and respectful, while also capturing essential feedback to help improve the employee lifecycle for future hires.

In my work on the redesign of Global HR Policies, I implemented a fair, global approach by removing outdated regional policies and standardizing regulations across all locations. This ensured consistency in policy application and enhanced fairness for all employees, regardless of their location.

Another significant contribution was the creation of a Global Severance Package Matrix for HR Business Partners (HRBPs). By standardizing payout amounts, this matrix provided consistency and transparency across regions, making severance processes more equitable and predictable for both HR teams and employees.

I also worked closely with an external immigration law firm to secure a Sponsorship License for the UK, enabling the company to continue hiring talent post-Brexit. This ensured compliance with new immigration laws while maintaining access to a broader talent pool.

Additionally, I led the transfer of Payroll Operations from one provider to another. This project eliminated outdated processes and manual work, streamlining payroll operations and improving efficiency across the board.
